Getting Ready To Let Go

That line from The Lion King that says, "his carefree days with uuuus are history..." has been stuck in my head all week.  As I watched my first-born run around the yard, picking a bouquet of dandelions for me, my momma-heart almost lost it.  Today is the last of these carefree days for her.  For us.  She is heading off to Kindergarten.  Off to a much bigger world than our backyard.  She's ready.  Am I?
